Service Minimum

Clarity has a $140 minimum + parking to do work in the city of Chicago (606 Zip Code), and a variable price range + parking to do work outside of 606 Zip Code; that amount is calculated: $10 per mile outside of 606 Zip Code.

Carpet & Area Rugs

Any amount beyond 350ft² is typically priced 40¢-45¢ per ft², depending on condition and level of difficulty, and stairs are typically $4-$4.50 per stair; area rugs are priced at $1.50 per ft² if done in-home, and $3-$4 per ft² for customer dropoff and pickup, which is only available during the spring and summer seasons.

Furniture/Upholstery

Furniture is priced per piece, depending on the piece itself, size, and condition.

  • Loveseat/Couch/Sofa = $140-$180

  • Arm Chair/Chaise = $60-$80

  • Sectional = $200-$300+

  • Dining Chair = $15-$45

  • Ottoman = $25-$60

  • Mattress = $80-$120

  • Headboard/Bedframe = $60-$100

  • Decorative Throw Pillows = $5-$8 each (optional)
